1. About Metiri.app
Metiri.app is a dashboard operated by Cyber-Space.nl at metiri.app. You can add video URLs, connect supported social media accounts and view available video statistics. The associated TikTok app is called SocialStatsCyberSpace.

2. Your account and access
Only use an account that has been provided to you. Keep your sign-in details confidential and report suspected misuse as soon as possible. You may only connect social media accounts and process data that you are authorized to access, such as your own channel or a channel you manage on the owner’s behalf.
Before connecting a platform, read our Privacy Policy and the platform’s authorization page. You decide whether to grant the requested access. The relevant features are unavailable without that access.
3. Platform connections
Metiri.app uses the official APIs of YouTube, TikTok and Meta (Instagram and Facebook), where those connections have been configured and are available. The current features read account information and statistics; they do not publish, change or delete posts on these platforms.
Metiri.app is an independent service and is not offered or endorsed by these platforms. Their own terms continue to apply. By using the YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the TikTok Terms of Service and the Meta Terms.
4. Acceptable use
Use Metiri.app lawfully and respect the rights and privacy of others. You may not use the service for unauthorized access, to bypass platform restrictions, for misleading analyses, to distribute malicious code or to disrupt the service.
Rights to videos and other content remain with their original rights holders. Adding a URL or viewing statistics does not give you ownership of or permission to republish that content.
5. Statistics and availability
Statistics are snapshots of what a platform makes available when the data is retrieved. They may be delayed, incomplete or corrected later. Different platforms may define views and other metrics differently. History begins with the first saved measurement.
We make reasonable efforts to provide a useful and secure service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete data or any particular outcome. Maintenance, API limits, platform changes and outages may restrict features. Do not use these figures as the sole basis for important decisions.
6. Disconnecting and stopping
You can disconnect a connection in the dashboard. This removes the locally stored access tokens and account details for that connection. Added videos and measurements remain until you delete them. Disconnecting does not automatically revoke authorization at the platform itself.
You can delete a tracked video; this also removes its associated measurements from the active database. Your original video on the platform remains unchanged. To have your complete Metiri.app account and data deleted, email daan@cyber-space.nl. The Privacy Policy provides more information.
We may restrict or terminate access in the event of misuse or a specific security risk. Where possible, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Responsibility
You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for securely storing any data you save outside Metiri.app. Cyber-Space.nl remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused solely by inaccurate platform data, outages of external services or use in breach of these terms. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, and does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
8. Changes, governing law and contact
We may amend these terms when the service or the law changes. The current version and date are shown on this page. We will notify existing users of material changes in advance through the dashboard or an available contact method. Changes do not apply retroactively.
These terms are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the court that has jurisdiction under the law. If you encounter a problem, please contact us first at daan@cyber-space.nl so we can work together to find a solution.
